Completely renovated in 2007, the original factory outlet project in NC has transitioned into a center for education, events, thrift stores, consignment shops, clearance stores, services, crafts, many community non-profits, and outlets. It has truly become a mixed use center. The transition has gained momentum in 2012, and we expect it to continue to do so.
Quite simply, BOV offers more shopping values that are far greater than any retail property in NC. Our goal is to make BOV the destination of choice for everyone that wants the most value for their hard earned money.
